They clearly are not hiring reputable stylists who know what they’re doing and don’t care about the injured their customers get. I was injured and no one at this casino gives a rip. ![]() Why? Because the stylist could not understand the customer! When all this happened (can u believe I actually paid $300 for this?) I was told I’d get a refund. There were lots of other issues, like cutting my hair crooked and doing things that I never requested. She rubbed so hard on my eyelid to get it off that she broke the skin! I still have a scab on my eyelid AND hair dye stain still on my forehead. The stylist, who could barely get a word out in English, got hair dye in and on my eye. ![]() ![]() The absolute worst experience getting my hair done at the salon! It’s been two weeks and I’ve been leaving message after message for the spa management with zero call backs.
